Free Shipping (Orders over €50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
– Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance in your country. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship globally (except to some remote areas in Asia and other select regions). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following kite surfing equipment cannot be returned:

  • Foils & Foil Boards that have been assembled or had their protective film removed
  • Opened or used Kitesurf Accessories (harnesses, helmets, wetsuits)
  • Any equipment showing signs of use or assembly
